Deposits and billing
Assessments and studies usually require a 40% deposit to reserve analyst time, with the balance due on pack delivery. Recurring usage reporting is invoiced at the start of each cycle. All figures are in Vietnamese dong and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
