Acceptance

By using panel-willowcore.click or engaging Willowcore Subscriber Trends Co., Ltd. for subscriber analysis work, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an operator or agency, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of churn assessments, usage reporting, cohort studies, and network load briefings are informational. A separate written scope or quotation confirms deliverables, fees, timelines, and data-handling rules for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Unless a quotation states otherwise, Willowcore retains ownership of underlying methods, templates, and visualization frameworks. Clients receive a license to use delivered packs and tables for internal business purposes. Public redistribution of packs requires prior written consent.

Client materials

You remain responsible for the legality of extracts you provide and for confirming that shared data is de-identified as required by our intake rules. We may refuse fields that appear to identify individual subscribers.

Liability

Analyses support decision-making; they do not replace your regulatory, engineering, or commercial judgment. To the fullest extent permitted under Vietnamese law, Willowcore’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from campaigns or network decisions made after a briefing.

Website use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or scrape content for resale. Informational pricing on the site does not constitute an offer capable of unilateral acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, courts in Can Tho, Vietnam shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
